Set in the heart of the Ashburnham Triangle--well off the beaten track--this pub is the social focus of a part of Greenwich which has a strong sense of identity: its Residents Association have published a pamphlet detailing the architectural features of their area and replete with tales of its people past and present.
In addition to real ales from Kent’s Shepherd Neame brewery, The Ashburnham Arms offers wines and lunch from 12.00 to 14.30 Tuesdays through Saturdays and a pasta menu some evenings. It has a garden and supports local artists with regular exhibitions of their work.
